The Society's annual lecture will take place on Wednesday 11 November 2015 at the Ondaatje Lecture Theatre, National Portrait Gallery. It will start at 1 p.m. and last one hour. Entry is free but please be aware that there is limited seating and so arrive early to avoid disappointment.

The lecture this year will be delivered jointly by Dr Holly Trusted, Senior Curator of Sculpture at the V&A, and Guy Reid, famous for his exquisitely painted wood carved portraits. He can be seen in action on this YouTube posting. The title of the lecture will be: "Why colour has a place in portrait sculpture".
